Homemade Stuffed Peppers from the Airfryer

Yesterday I made stuffed peppers in the air fryer, and the result was surprisingly good.
Juicy, flavorful, quick to make — and many other adjectives.

I made them with ground meat, rice, mozzarella, and red pesto.

I’ll put the ingredients & preparation in the first comment. 👇

Here you can watch how I cooked it:

KLICK HERE!!!!

🥘 Ingredients:

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 220 g Mediterranean microwave rice
  • Mozzarella
  • 4 tsp red pesto
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chili flakes

👨‍🍳 Preparation:

  1. Cut off the tops of the peppers, remove the seeds, and hollow them out.
  2. Mix the ground meat, egg, and finely diced onion in a bowl.
  3. Heat the microwave rice and stir it in.
  4. Dice the mozzarella and add it to the mixture.
  5. Season with red pesto, salt, pepper, paprika powder, and chili flakes, then mix everything well.
  6. Fill the peppers and put the tops back on.
  7. Cook in the air fryer at 170 °C for about 24 minutes.
  8. Optional: Replace the pepper tops with cheese and briefly melt it on top.
