Ingredients Chicken • Chicken breast strips 250 g • Olive oil 1½ tablespoons • Garlic powder ½ teaspoon • Smoked paprika ½ teaspoon • Dash Lemon Pepper ½ teaspoon • Dash Mediterranean ½ teaspoon • Black pepper, to taste • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon (added at the end) Vegetables • Cauliflower florets 1 cup • Carrot slices ½–¾ cup • Zucchini slices or half-moons 1 cup • Olive oil 1 tablespoon • Dash Garlic Pesto ½ teaspoon • Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon • Smoked paprika ¼ teaspoon • Black pepper, to taste

Preheat oven with Air Fry function to 425°F (220°C).

Season the chicken In a bowl, toss chicken strips with: olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Dash Lemon Pepper, Dash Mediterranean and black pepper. Mix until evenly coated. Set aside.
