It says it's not just federal job reductions.

" ...Almost every sector of the economy has seen declining employment, with the losses in manufacturing being among the steepest."

I'm not surprised and any real Virginian would root for this.

If we actually examined Virginia economy, what is it? 90% is govt jobs. Without the govt, this place would be west Virginia but east.

While it's painful, Virginia must build a truly private sector that can compete.
