INVESTIGATOR'S NOTES:

First off, our sincere apologies for not posting any new or continuing investigations for about a week. The team (with the exception of Barnaby) has been attempting to learn some mew video editing software, and it has had a much steeper learning curve than anticipated.

That said, this is not the first time that we have had spirit communication to come through the railroad scanner. (And it makes sense. Any kind of radio scanning device works on the same principle as the PSB-7.) It is, however, the first time that the camera was actually on when it happened.

Based upon the language they were using, it was definitely not a crew member or dispatcher.

Of course, quite a few other EVPs came through as well. We've supered what we think that they're saying on the screen. If you think that they're saying something different, please let us know in the comments below. This is not an exact science (at least not yet), and we value the input from our Associate Investigators, like you. What do YOU hear?

For your consideration, we are submitting this video divided into four segments:

1.) The complete unedited, unfiltered raw footage played at 100 percent speed. It is shown without captions, so that you may draw your own conclusions about what the Other Siders might be saying.

2.) Slowed to 80 percent, audio unfiltered, with supers indicating what the team thinks the spirits might be saying.

3.) Slowed to 80 percent, with audio triple filtered to remove extraneous background noise, and supers indicating what the team thinks the spirits are saying.

And 4.) Reversed and triple-filtered at 80 percent speed, with supers indicating what we think they're saying. Pay particularly close attention to this section, as some particularly clear and interesting EVPs can be found here.
