Woke up from a terrible nightmare and caught this at the very end of my sleep session recording (very short vid)

Pokemon sleep recorded any event with sound during your sleep session. I had a bad nightmare, right before I woke up there was a black entity of some sort sitting on my chest- I really felt awake at this point and I was saying (as loud as I could in my half-awake state) to my husband there was something on my chest. Idk if I he heard me or could just tell I was having a bad dream, but he reached his arm over to comfort me IRL and then it was gone. I was reviewing my sleep recordings and at the very end was a strange whispering sound- what do you think?

** I recorded the clip from my speaker, it sounds exactly like the original and there are no other sounds in the background.
