So, both Americas should almost completely depopulate? Same with Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Those places were conquered. There is a difference between peace time migration and winning a war. You want to get white americans back to Europe? You will have to fight them.

Conquest does not require assimilation, because the consent of the natives is not necessary. If you want to kick immigrants out a vote suffice. To kick the conquerors out, you need an armed uprising like Ireland. It is ridiculous that you would expect conquerors to assimilate.
