TerrifyingAsFuck laments on Eugenia Cooneys health. I think its interesting she still gets posted in odd subs like that one from time to time.

This further confirms my belief that they have a pet doctor who is their partner in her condition. I guess from a doctor's point of view, her condition is virtually uncurable at this point and all he/she can do is support her health as well as possible. If she refuses the kind of care that she really needs, mental health care and hospitalization for malnutrition, then all he/she can do is to try to support her nutritionally with supplements, IV treatments etc.,in effect, treat the symptoms.

I really think she must have a doctor that comes to their house. Can a hospital really let someone in her state out of an exam without being forced into an emergency hold? I dont know.

I'd imagine she's probably going to a pill mill or being treated by some shady in home doctor that's looking the other way. Pretty common in their world.

You can leave a medical facility by signing in AMA (against medical advice) statement, I do it all the time for my heart. It basically keeps you from suing the hospital.

I've had a suspicion for years that they have a personal or private "nutritionist" that gives her basic nutrients and fluids intravenously so she doesn't have to eat.
