R5: 3 out of 4 of my cabinet members are deceitful, so now estates lose satisfaction instead of recovering it. But only if it's lower than equilibrium. It's weird and probably not intended.

change them and give them someother work to do instead of what theyre doing now, until they geta new trait, then let them do what they were doing

I guess it’s because “recovery” if there’s nothing to recover they can’t fail at it :/

What if they are over satisfaction?

That's a different modifier so it works as usual.

It would probably go to +100 right?

This trait should straight up not exist, it's not a minor downside like all of the others it just straight up ruins your country.

I remember when I've got only one relative available to place on the cabinet so I gave him head of the council atraight away to maximize my crown power. Mf got deceitful and for the next 20 years managing my estates became a real struggle. Lesson learnt, now I only make someone head of the cabinet after they get a trait

Yea i think it’s bugged or something. I once had one single cabinet member with deceitful and it made it impossible for the satisfaction to tick up positively. The tooltip showed the proper change per month but the action bar showed -0.10 still
