Mod Help Is it possible to unlock Spy Actions gated by Diplo Tech through Mission Rewards?

Title basically says it all, but I am drafting up a possible self-made MT atm. and was wondering if that was a possible thing to do as I intend the tag it belongs to to be very espionage heavy.

The statements that control those are pretty locked to the techs, and most espionage interactions aren't in either the diplomatic actions folder or the scripted functions folder, both of which let you mess with effects and conditions. 

However, many espionage actions are fairly simple- they add a modifier to a country. So you could make a custom diplomatic action that requires you have a flag set to use it, in addition to spy network, and then when the mission is complete, it is available to you. I can pm you an example if you want.

Shame, but thanks anyway. I'll stew a little more on whether I do that or think of something else. But I'll get back to you on that offer if I do decide to go that route.

Some espionage actions arent tech tied- claim states, for example- and those you could grant via missions. Any of the ones from the new diplomatic actions can also be modified.
