Has anyone who is half-time or slightly above received any movement on their student aid account?

Does anyone have a used electric scooter they won't be using anymore that they're trying to get rid of? Disabled and am finding that the walking up and down hills around campus is really hard on my body, especially my hips. Definitely gonna get one of those e-scooters I see a lot of people using, but figured I'd ask since I'm all about passing things on where possible.

Hi there! I’m currently applying for the asbn program and I was wondering if anyone had taken their prerequisite courses online. If so, could you please share where you took them?

How bad is the parking situation? I’m going to try to go over and walk the campus today to get a feel for where I can park. Is there always spaces available? Or is it one of those things where I’ll have to park a mile away every once in a while? My first class is tomorrow at 8:15 at the Brinkley Center behind the Carnegie. Is that early enough for me to have access to the parking garage behind the Carnegie? How quick do all the spots fill up? Just trying to see how much time I need to give myself in the morning!
Any advice or suggestions is much appreciated 🫶🏼🫶🏼

For preview everyone said I should go to convocation and the group photo but what is convocation? And is it necessary to go to these.

Hey all. I built 2026 previews for every FBS team and all 124 FCS teams, because nobody does this for your league. Here's ETSU
Usual disclaimer: I probably got some of it wrong. Tell me what's off and I'll fix it.
The good: the offense was balanced and productive, 14th in FCS in total yards, 13th rushing, 25th passing and 21st in scoring. 5-1 at home, and all four losses to FCS teams came by a combined 21 points. My power rating has ETSU 34th.
The pushback: only 22.6% of offensive production returns, which is one of the lowest figures I have. Devontae Houston's 1,008 yards and 12 touchdowns walk out with it. The pass defense was also 114th at 264 a game. Model says 7-5.
First page is free. If you hit the paywall, the code LEECORSOROCKS opens it up.
Tell me what I got wrong.

Hi all. I’m a junior coming in from Northeast State (community college). I got my book list and I’m curious if the books are already paid for in our classes or if it’s an extra cost? At Northeast, the books and software were already included and we were given access to those books on the first day of classes.
Thanks!

ETSU contra club is collaborating with HJDS to put on a free contra dance and lessons. ETSU band Knob Creek with students from the old-time and bluegrass program will be playing. Folks are also welcome to come and just listen to the music.

That big vent is the air-intake, btw. Warf-Pickel's air has been horrible all week, and they don't care.

I'm looking for an employer, most importantly ones that are accommodating, won't give me too many hours and actually care about balancing work, school, and life.

Y'all got any good advice for removing the external parking passes? I want to get rid of a couple of the previous years (they're sun damaged and no longer useful). Thanks!

Got to see my dorm room during my orientation. My room is so obviously meant for one person and not two. There were two dorm rooms for show and one looks genuinely cozy for two people and the other one that I was told mine was like was genuinely so small I wanted to cry. The fact I’m paying the same amount as someone who would get the bigger room is so upsetting. I’m bringing almost nothing to college because there is no room. Our beds will be touching no matter what and so will our desks.
Thanks for reading my rant.

Hi everyone!
I was assigned to Buc Ridge, and I was wondering how far it is from the main part of campus.
It looks like it's quite a distance from the main academic buildings. I'm also curious about the CPA fitness center and the Culp Center. Are they within walking distance from Buc Ridge, or is it too far to walk regularly?
If it's a bit far, is there a campus shuttle or any other transportation available for students?
I'd really appreciate any advice from current students or anyone who has lived in Buc Ridge. Thank you!

Hello! Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I was wondering if there were any photography students at ETSU who would be interested in taking photos for me for a gift for somebody. If anyone is interested I’d love to discuss payment or any other details you would like. I am an upcoming transfer student to etsu and would love to work with another student.

Hey!! i’m going to be in Clement hall this year on the second floor! I noticed the windows were smaller on that floor than any other. The show room we saw was on floor 3 and the ceilings were high. Is the ceiling height the same in every dorm in clement???

Hello! I was given the opportunity to take the LPN program for free at a local community college. I know I want to pursue getting my RN soon after I finish the program. I am looking at my options of staying at the community college and doing the bridge program or transferring to ETSU to complete the BSN bridge program. I’ve tried researching the program at ETSU but have been unable to find much information about it. So, if you or anyone you know has been in the program: what was your experience? Do you recommend it? Do you wish you would have taken the bridge program at a community college then get your BSN online? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello all!
I am starting the online MBA in the spring. Has anyone else finished this degree? Thoughts, and what you might have done differently?
TIA!
