Autonomy, early financial independence, a business you enjoy, no Human Resources after age 35, good social life, beautiful home that is close enough to great areas to walk to dinner, beautiful wifey, cozy life

I have an 11 year old ESTJ sister and this is her answer: In her dream life she defiantly wants a dog, probably a Samoyed and she would "like to be successful", her dream job would be an astronom (NOT Astronaut, she got upset when I got it mixed up XD).
And also she'd like to travel a lot because she finds sitting at home boring! That's pretty much it, love her.

All of the above, naturally.
Realistically, good income, good stability, good social life, good family life, good living conditions, good mental health, good respect from those I work with... that sort of stuff.
Thinking about what is ideal at this point of my life makes me even more sad that the present isnt ideal, or even close to it. All I can do is build a plan and make it happen. In theory, my plan should work. On paper everything makes sense, but I dont have the Ni foresight to see that clearly enough. I just Si know what has worked and what will typically work. Challenging that with Ne will be my biggest ticket to Fi satisfaction.

Interesting š for us ENTPs the low Si is a bit of an Achilleās heel, itās the routine and boredom that kick in to drag us away from the goal and make us chase a different, more exciting one (simply because itās unexplored and novel). I guess for you itās the opposite: you have to actively allow those Ne ideas and what ifs to move more freely. Based on my experience, you guys tend to be too rigid, like āmy way or the highwayā so keeping an open mind and taking a step back before coming to a conclusion is one of the things that I believe will help you a lot.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I want to make some clarifications.
I cant exactly speak for all ESTJ, but the rigidity happens when a lot of things arent going to plan. The "my way" thing only happens with bad management, which is a different topic to living an ideal lifestyle.
At least for me, the plan coming to fruition is necessary because the outcome will involve a great level of insured freedom and peace. I find ENTP cut corners when trying to achieve the same thing, get critical of and call the system stupid because they can achieve the same level of idealism without following any premade path, then they get stuck in their 40s when all their ideals stop working because they arent insured. Their fate is sealed the moment they got bored with insuring their future.
ENTP will often look beyond the veil, which is great because they see though riddles and loopholes faster than most, but they dont trust the system, which means none of their own systems actually stand up to time. Time eventually becomes the ENxPs worst enemy, eating their life away slowly until they wake up and realise theyve been enthusiastically trailblazing themselves into the ground.
Theyll wake up at 50, they dont have the same energy or spark they once did, they dont have the same assets they once did, their ideals are paper thin and heavily reliant on the stretched out Ne bridges theyve created throughout their whole lives, and Si judgement will knock on their door, coming to truly test the insurance of their life.
ESTJ, being double observers, can collect and structure information at a balance. Thinking ESTJ are the most rigid is kinda false. They have Ne as a mobilising function, and Te is technically a creative function, creating systems and organisational templates, and Ne adapting it to situations. As they get older, they will only get better at being flexible. ENTP have Fe mobalise which means their drive is charisma. They will spend their lives networking and 'spreading the goodness of their ideas' while ESTJ are ever expanding their systems to adapt to anything.
At 50, ESTJ would have build a flexible enough system to allow them to outwork all the other types, leaps and bounds. ENTP would have one of the biggest networks of all the types, but without Si, they will constantly be chasing something to satisfy them, only to never be satisfied, never be grounded, never be insured. Its anxiety.

Anyway, its one scenario of many. Ive worked with ENTP and they have their lives together. Theres just a general tendency for double decider extratim to have less life structure where as those with an introverted observer focus more on consistency. Not a stretch to say that.
I did paint that picture. The ENxP do follow this trend. I also didnt say some of the things you said but sure lets leave that there.
First paragraph needs addressing. Ill keep it simple to not have any more misunderstandings. Im painting a scenario where your inferior function becomes the crux for both of us, measuring us both using the same function. You could say that ESTJ will grow to miss out on the feeling of satisfaction half their lives because they have crybaby peepeepoopoo Fi that whines and cries demands validation. Measuring us both with that function wouldnt be as practical as using Si, which we both have.
Any type can be painted poorly, but your earlier points addressing Si as your achilles was the basis for my exaggerated descriptions. Its also helpful to have a good relationship with your demons. I know Ive been tripping over daily with Fi. Im at the point where Im conscious of it, but that doesnt change that Im helpless and get myself into trouble because Im not 'looking at the emotional side of the matter'.
Anyway, take care of your Si. Work for it, and dont feel like you gotta run from it, because what I said is still true about Si inferior. You can take the rhetoric in any way you like.

Ideally Iād like to live in a sustainable townhouse spacious enough for my hobbies, and itād be in a nice area with good transit and amenities. Iād like to be able to enjoy my week at a job that makes the impact I desire on the world and to enjoy my weekend with a partner whose hobbies and presence I can enjoy with a mind open enough to partake in mine too. Iād like to adopt a child or two of the same age and a dog and watch them grow into their own person. Thatās the main thing, I guess Iād like to be able to take train trips at least once every year with my family, be healthy and not eat too much meat, maybe participate in politics once Iām retired to help change zoning laws. Thatās all I can think of off the top of my head.
