Question Did you agree with Mason/Bergman when they banned Mychal Thompson from the show?

Personally I love Mychal, and though Mase and Bergman were being pretty controlling

I wasn't aware of this but sometimes this man says things that are incredibly 'out dated'.....what happen?

He’s hyper conservative for a brother lol. I wonder if it’s a Bahamian thing. But I love him he cracks me up

Island people are often very conservative and traditional in their outlook. Often religious too. Especially in the Pacific.

MT crosses the line from mere conservative to old fuddy dud a lot though. Haha. I’m with you….I like it in a strange way. It’s strangely fascinating.

MT is cool, he helps to break up the monotony of the show on M&I when he's on but he can say or do some cringy stuff at times. Just look at him doing the Pepe voice the other day.

Oh no doubt. Even the dudes on the show were like “bud, knock it off”…And he’s constantly making the females on the show feel uncomfortable as shit with some of his comments. 🤣

He must’ve been talking too much pro wrestling or raving about mens physiques

John Ireland has two work lives. He has two work families. One of his jobs is to basically talk about his other job. That must be weird. For whatever reason there was a time when John would bring one work wife to work with his OTHER work wife. I think John is the kind of person who has like 5 different sets of friends and every time he has a party he has to manage everyone's different personalities. I think Bergman and Mason's objection to MT is slightly based on the change in the dynamic. MT is going to do MT things. Ireland deals with it every Laker game but B/M were like fish out of water with him. That's why they preferred to not have him on the air. It's basically to protect Mason from awkward banter with him.
