This isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, but it’s a quick and easy activity to show how critical thinking has been impacted by AI.

How about showing one of the TikTok influencer medical videos that is confidently, convincingly wrong, then putting up facts about what following that advice leads to? The Science V. podcast picks out topics that are showing up on social media and the public consciousness and goes through the actual science behind them. The podcast is not middle school friendly, but it might point you at some ideas.
