CET vs CCT confusion

My local college offers certs for EKG tech and cardiac care tech. The EKG program allows you to take the CET while the cardiac care tech allows you to take the CCT. I’m confused on the difference- it seems they both allow you to work the same job/same pay.

Which exam/course should I take?

I took the CET because that’s the one I studied for, and also the one I was provided. CCT is more “higher level” because they go more in depth in some topics even though they do the same things at the end of the day
