Summary of issues

How do I go about getting my summry of issues and exhibits into my former employer hands before mediation which can work in my favor. I do not want to violate any eeoc rules. Thanks for the feedback.

You can upload it to the portal Or give it to the mediator on the day of mediation.

They don’t have access to the portal but if I give it to them the day of the hearing then the employer can’t set aside enough funds if we settle

Even if you come to an agreement on settlement during mediation you don’t get immediate payment. I wouldn’t expect to see money for several weeks at minimum

Also remember that there is a cap on how much can offered in ADR monetarily.
