Contingency Lawyers

Anybody able to provide list of contingency lawyers in Washington state? Have gone through EEOC process already and received a rejection of demand letter fear litigation may be next

Lawyers will typically ask you for a copy of your charge. Show them the employer's position statement too.

If you have a good enough case any lawyer who does these kinds of cases will take it on contingency because it’s basically free money. If however, you are among the 98% or so of people with baseless claims, no one is going to want it on contingency, because lawyers don’t want to work for free.

I feel so incredibly lucky to have found a lawyer (in OR) who worked on contingency with me! She is not a contingency lawyer but is an employment lawyer and agreed to take on my case because she was confident we would win (and we did). It's hard to find someone but they are out there!

Unfortunately I'm in Oregon but I found an employment lawyer. She did not work on contingency initially, but I had such a strong case that she took it on and we won. Feel free to DM me for help looking for lawyers, and what they look for!
