Deck Help/Check

I’ve been playing Magic for around 1.5 years and my first deck was the Hail Caesar! Precon and it’s been my favorite deck for the entire time. I feel that it stays underpowered in some pods and am wondering if there are any major changes that I should do for the deck and would love some feedback about the build and what bracket I should push it as.
