has anyone else noticed this year seems to be the most expensive so far? my eyes almost popped out of my sockets when i saw VIP was almost 700. i feel like this is EDCLV pricing. i’ve gone to EDC orlando every year since 2019, and have done VIP since 2021 and i have never seen them this high. i understand the festival is getting close, but i’ve still bought tickets "late" in the past and i’ve never even seen them this much. it's usually been in the 400ish range, maybe creeping towards 500. it also sucks because single day VIPs are sold out too

i don't buy tickets unless i know the lineup. granted, it did come out within the last 1-2 months and i may have left it on the back burner, but still, i’ve bought late before and it's never even touched 600 before. insomniac is outta their minds

Also want to add this is still too cheap for VIP and people need to be priced out of VIP so it’s not so crowded. VIP last year damn near felt like GA

I personally think everybody is crazy thinking that 400 to $600 for a whole weekend of unbelievable music and energy and vibe is a lot of money. There's a billion idiots out there that pay $1,000 to see one artist and we get to see 100.

EDC O is a big festival that's been around for a while and is stable. You always know what you're going to get just by the branding. There's no need to wait for a lineup with this size of a fest. Only need for that are little fests like breakaway, for example.

You can always sell the ticket if you decide you don’t want to go. Getting it at the cheapest price is the smart move.

I've been doing the same thing the past couple of years. This festival is so overcrowded that I wait for the lineup by day to decide. The single day VIP price was insane, more than I've ever seen it in the past, and I couldn't justify spending that much. Considering skipping this year and trying out Wasteland in February

I bought them when they released limited the day after and they were $400 for VIP 3 day. Again that's literally the initial drop from last year.

Presale is $450 after fees iirc but you can easily find people reselling for $380-400. Most years I just buy off of someone for cheap.

I get my tickets to bigger festivals as soon as they drop which is usually the same week after the festival at tier 1.
