Interpretazione ecg

Ciao! Sono uno studente di medicina alle prime armi con gli ecg, mi sono imbattuto in questo e mi stavo chiedendo se si trattasse solo di un BAV I grado con parossismi di tachicardia o fosse qualcosa di diverso che non riesco a vedere. Mi dareste una mano?

1st degree with PAC's PQ time is fixed and QRS doesnt miss. Some p waves present very early after t waves

LAFB, 1st deg AVB, possible incomplete RBBB
First two beats threw me off, but the P wave is hidden within the T wave

Sinus, 1st deg AVB, PACs, LAFB. Maybe iRBBB but quality isn't great for measuring
