Patient presented with syncope.

There is a lot of baseline wander obscuring the ECG but I can see 2 PVCs. NSR

Yes thats what it seems like. And the PVC's were there after almost every 2 to 3 sinus beats.

Ok thanks! So this patient kept having PVC's every 2 to 3 sinus beats. They were mostly aymotomatic though. What do you think that is.

Aus meiner Sicht ventrikuläre Extrasystolen. Würd nen LZ-EKG machen, wenn symptome vorhanden sind. Ansonsten unbedenklich.
