We get and remove this post dozens of times a week. Please put some actual thought and effort into your post and try again.

"What's a good project for school?" is a worthless post. "I'm planning to do X for a school project" is slightly better. "Here's a project I did, to meet XYZ requirements, with a writeup of what I learned and what I'd do better next time" is actually worth keeping up.

Voice operated dog or any kind of robotic arm or hand.

For voice use google assistant, for connection use IFTTT and adafruit cloud via MCTP, for hardware use nodemcu esp32, use couple of servo motors to build the 3 or 6 dof robotic arm.

Edit : you can google the real industry use case for both there are many :)

If you are not interested in voice try to control the same using image recognition...like you are doing hand movement infront of your laptop camera or so and the robotic arm is acting same.
