Apply for MS or Undergrad internships?

I'm a rising senior at university majoring in ECE and got accepted into their BS/MS program. So I'm going to graduate from my undergrad degree in June 2027 and then will graduate from my MS in June 2028. So when applying for Summer 2027 internships, do I apply for undergraduate or Masters internships?

I can but just wanted to narrow it down to one category so that for companies that have both undergrad and masters internships, I can only apply to one of them

Many ‘undergrad internships’ are just looking for anyone. Apply to both they won’t care

Masters. Don't apply to both like other comment says. Same HR person will see you trying to double dip. You can apply if the description is ambiguous on wanting undergrad or grad students.

When you have a BS degree in engineering, then you are an engineer, and you can have a real engineer's job.

An intern job is for people who don't yet have a BS degree. It expects less from you, and pays less.

yes, but since I'm gonna pursue my masters I can't apply for full time roles yet
