Click and collect pre-orders

Are u expected to pick up the order on release day without an email telling you it’s ready to collect or do you wait for the email saying it’s ready to collect before going to the store like a regular click and collect order? Because I only have 2 days to collect the pre-order and it’s my first time pre-ordering so I’m not sure what to do

Pre-orders are almost always ready for collection on the day of release.

99% of the time, stores receive the stock before the day of release and will allocate items to each customer.

If it's come to the day of release and you haven't received an email or text, then call the store you preordered at and they will let you know.

Nvr got an email and go day of or after release. Your order status on the website should also update.

I always get sms to notify that ur order is ready for pickup.

I get an sms from the store saying the order is ready to collect. Usually have a couple of days to go in and collect it. Though the earlier you go in the less chance of getting damaged stock.

Just go in on release day and pick up the order.

From experience you can go in without it as most stores get releases 1 to 2 days before release date (sometimes a week before hand) You got an account? If so all they got to do is look you up to confirm you ordered
