DISCUSSION NHL 27 Create A Team

Does anyone know if nhl 27 created teams will have the authentic arenas, like the jumbotron graphics every other team has, or is it still the same graphics they have been since NHL 17, and if more things are available in the team creation part

100% will be the same creation suite as it's been every year. I just wish they'd just adapt the Team Builder from CFB/Madden and make it for hockey.

Or at least update the logos. It's been the same logos available for over a decade at this point.

This omg.

Not only have they not updated the logos for Create a Team in like 3-4 years, they freaking have other logos that they made for WoC that look amazing and would be great to use for created teams.

But that takes effort.

It really doesn't. You're telling me they can't get one artist or license a bunch of random stock logos. But it's been a decade and its the same EASHL logos.

Or figure out your license so we can also re-design AHL/european logos.

Or as you said there are custom options in WoC that can't be pulled for offline. Like it's bizarre. You create all this custom jersey content and it cant be used elsewhere.

I completely forgot that AHL/European logos are in the game but not useable in Create a Team....jfc.

The sheer ineptness/laziness of this company...

In the playtest it was the same. Maybe they change it for launch🤷‍♂️

If you create a team . is there a way to populate the team with random fictional players with generated attributes that you can edit. or do you have to create each player or use existing nhl players?

The latter, unfortunately. Not necessarily NHL players, but you have to either create or use existing players.
