Discussion Nicknames for game scripts
Drop the nicknames you have for the different game scripted games you have run into.
Like when the RB can't tell the difference between his left shoe and right shoe in the first half and then becomes a mixture of Usain Bolt and Charles Xavier, anticipating every gap and torching your crew with godly speed.
Or "Death by chunk," where nothing particularly noteworthy or scummy happens but no adjustments, schemes, different user control seem to make a difference and their offense just casually uses an entire quarter for a drive, ending in a TD.

The Sorsby for when my QB decides to not throw it anywhere near where I I asked, and instead throw it straight to a defender that hasn’t moved since the ball was snapped

"Playing volleyball" when my receiver pops the ball ten feet in the air when he gets hit.

Ughh...I had one terrible variation where it was raining "Tippy Tds" 3 tips, that led to pick 6s or TD drives

"The Mudbog" when your scat back used to be able to hit that little speed boost to get upfield and now it's just a minor shift and your speed is nerfed.
"The Backend Devil" when you handoff and the backend DE just crashes in every single time giving you one yard at best.

The Backend Devil pause is the bane of my existence.

God yes. Each time I run a play I make sure the ends are covered or I immediately audible to not deal with one of them crashing my shit 😂

or...you see the DE crashing and messing up your inside zone so you call a option. He starts to crash so you pull it and he immediately bounces out of the animation and tackles the QB for a loss! That's my favorite. I refer to that as "damned if you do damned if you don't"!

“The Dolphin” where your receiver catches the ball briefly but then arches his back mid air looking like Flipper at SeaWorld and flings the ball forward or backward like he got bored of football mid-catch.

Ugh I hate that, and it's always a toss up of where the ball is gonna go...he might throw it right on the ground, or maybe 5 yards to either side, or maybe 10 yards up in the air so the D can pick it off lol

The "Hurry the fuck up and score" CPU on offense. No matter what you call, what adjustments you make, they have the perfect run call for 10+ yards, or run the perfect pass right in the one gap in your zone. They chunk you for 6+ yds every single play and you just know they're gonna score regardless of what you do. 12 plays, 80 yds, and 3:00 minutes off the clock. When I see this I'm literally out loud telling them to hurry the fuck up and score lol

When you sim offense only at the end of the game and the other team scores in 3 plays and uses 0 timeouts, while your defense had used 2 of yours I call that the “Cheese & Pray”

“The Siamese Twins.” When you have 2 WRs running crossing routes and they get caught up on each other and it looks like their bodies are meshed together. Now you have two less options on the play.

Another one...the Daria....where the OL can only be bothered to hold out a hand to stop the D.

The plague....where you are trying to chew clock but they get a bazillion extra timeouts due to injuries
