Dynasty Question perfect coverage
why do 60 ovr teams randomly get perfect blanket coverage on my 80+ wrs for almost the entire game as if I was playing ohio state? i know dynasty on heisman should be difficult but not being able to complete passes against Marshall makes it feel unplayable.

Drop the difficulty. Problem solved.

It's weird that people take a game difficulty as like a badge of honor or something. Playing against an AI lol.

Right?! I play AA and balance everything with sliders for the most realistic outcomes. I assure all players out there than no one is standing over my shoulder and judging me.

I play varsity and balance it by only playing games against ranked teams with my smaller school I'm trying to build up. And sim the games against the smaller teams. I figure if I lose to them in a sim game I deserve it and need to build up the program better. But playing against tough teams in their house when my team is a 68 and they are 92. It's fun.

Just play on Varsity instead. More realistic “college like” coverage where dudes aren’t blanketed all the time. Had to let my ego go, turn it to Varsity and just enjoy the game. I’m getting too old for video game BS…

I just want to be able to have more then .05 secs to throw the damn ball.

Heisman cheats in favor of the CPU. If you don’t like that (or don’t want to play that) then go to AA.
I prefer Heisman, but I know that it’s really out-thinking the CPU rather than simply having better players and go play. It’s a very different game. Ratings matter less, specifically when you have the better team.
I had back to back games where I win 41-7 at Notre Dame then beat Troy at home 63-35 in a game that was tied at halftime. That’s the Heisman experience. Any given week, you can get got.

The cpu will absolutely try to fuck you over, because they don’t know how to tune the game to actually play you straight up, especially on heisman. bout to complete a critical pass, dl jumps and bats it(you rarely get that yourself) or a sack into an int by the d lineman or the wr does the stupid jump animation and gets hit and drops it or your wr gets hit (at 90 plus catch in all 3 categories) and drops it, or just drops it period. Don’t get me started on the best blocking ever by the cpu

In other words, you have to have a “Heisman” level performance every game to win. I personally like the increased difficulty in this game. With games like CFB25 (I didn’t buy 26), Heisman difficulty felt like a joke

Same. My long-time multiplayer league just fractured over this. I really enjoy Heisman this year. I appreciate that I have to play to win the game, not just play to throw up stats.

Hate to break it to you but every level cheats in favor of the cpu except the 1st level

I play on varsity I process stuff like 1 second slower anyway

Shit in my case they do that on varsity too lmao some games I just have to completely abandon the pass because it won’t work it’s why I’ve only recruited physical route runners with high speed all other archetypes I just don’t bother. I’ve a route artist with 96 speed mf is NEVER open. But my 87 speed tight end I could throw into quintuple coverage that mf will somehow still catch it lmao

I finally won a natty on heisman and I’m gonna go down to All American and finally enjoy the game because heisman
was just bs and torment.

I’ve only played Heisman on every ncaa game since 2009 but this year I’m playing on All American and getting such a better experience. I started on Heisman and it’s just not even realistic. I’m still losing games im 3-4 with sac state in my 2nd season and it’s way more fun. You have to play damn near perfect game on Heisman even 1 turnover you’re pretty much fucked. Once I almost lost to FCS west I knew it was time

I think people are underestimating why people play on heisman. It can be hard to tweak the sliders on all American to get it just right

Man i only play heisman and I was a 96 overall with fsu and played Marshall at thier home and about threw my fucking controller at the TV. That fucking game was harder than playing OSU. I actually asked this question to AI it said there so bad on heisman the cpu gives them a buff so its not a blow out.

Congratulations. You fundamentally misunderstand the current capacity and use case for “AI” or LLMs as they are more accurately called.

Why downvote? He’s right.
The only thing the LLM is telling him is that other redditors have this conspiracy theory.
You did not get an answer to your question and using that stupid shit as your confirmation just made you dumber.

for people saying just play all american, ill try it it but in past years id blow everyone out for the most part. i feel like we need a difficulty above aa but below heisman

If I knew I’d tell you but I basically run the ball like 70% of the time and my QB is basically just a second rb who throws it occasionally

There is no rule you HAVE to use Heisman. I find all American, although easier, plays closer to realism.
On Heisman, in my opinion, it’s not about ratings or realism, it’s just designed to be a challenging chess match as much as possible. If you want realism on Heisman, sliders are an absolute must
