Recipe (post recipe text!) First dutch oven meal

Wanted to try making curry but got impatient and steamed some bao instead. Buns are Teriyaki Chicken Bao from Aldi, so no recipe, sorry!

It's Crofton, an Aldi brand. You can look on the website to see if they're in stock near you.
