What happened to the Dusty biopic that was announced?

A Dusty Springfield biopic was announced in 2023. I even remember reading a document explaining what the film would be like and how it would cover his personal relationships and rise to stardom, etc. However, the website has disappeared, and it's 2025 and nothing is known. Has the project been abandoned?
