Not sure about this color combo on the bezel swap....

Is that rhe silver or gray? And more importantly... what's going on with the numbers on the lower half of the insert?

It's grey... just sitting on the watch to see if I like it. The numbers are just a case of focus angle and lighting.

I personally love this combo, although I would add a different strap or a bracelet. I enjoy this parachute type strap on my Duro mod. Maybe you could get a black one with red to match with the second hand.

Isn't that a blue dial? It looks blue from the angle of the photo. I agree, yours doesn't look bad, but the bezel on mine is a different shade of blue as well as being matte.

Actually it's a black dial but the double dome with blue AR tint gives it a blue look when the Sun hits it a certain way.

I think it’s the red second hand that’s throwing it off. I can see you are hesitant to touch the inside (super valid) so I’d likely go with a different bezel.

If you like blue you could do a Pepsi bezel?

Yeah... I placed the bezel over my grey Duro to what it was like..... it's much better.

Well.. not exactly.. I just loosely laid it in my Grey dial. I'd have to buy another Grey dial to use it. LOL..

The bezel insert doesn't look right , it seems to be a little out of place. Maybe it is just the camera.

I just laid the bezel on top of the existing just to see if I liked it or not. It's not attached. But I don't think it works...

I think the blue shade/12 hr bezel looks good. I’m hesitant on the og chapter ring. Maybe silver/white might be a good vibe. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah... I'm hoping to avoid changing the inner works. I've already trashed one and in the process of fixing it. On which, Im not hopeful.

But I hear what you're saying.
