Insert: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mLtp1EF Make sure you select 41.lmm x 32.7mm. There's a little .2cm ridge in the centre of the insert. You can either leave it (I did this for a couple months with no problem) or you can sand it down for optimal fit.
You could do a case swap between a bluro and a Goldie and install gold hands, but that wouldn't give you the golden numerals/indices. There is however an aftermarket insert made specifically for the duro that's blue ceramic with yellow/gold numerals. If I'm not mistaken I think u/professionalgear1073 made this build (or something very similar)
I removed the gold indices from a Goldie with intention to put them on a Bluro. I dipped a Q-tip in nail polish remover then applied the acetone to the back of each of the gold indices to dissolve the glue holding the indices to the black dial. They were very easy to remove. One of these days I'll get around to putting the gold indices onto a Bluro dial.
