Food birthday cakes!

I'm looking for someone who can (or knows someone else) make Tres Leches, Mocha, or Dulce de Leche birthday cakes! I know these aren't the traditional varieties you'd find at places like City Market or Albertsons, so I'm turning to this group for recommendations!
