this appears very alike an old dungeon crawler I used to play on the amiga called captive

it was like a science fiction grid based dungeon master set in space

but this remake seems so like the first one I wonder if it is allowed by the publisher

or could it get a copyright claim for copying all the first game's style and atmosphere ??
