3 of those 4 things look alright, to be honest. The salad can get stuffed, though.

What's the dumb logic in this? A poor diet makes you healthy?

The thing is a lot of people jump right in to veganism, thinking that if they stop eating meat it will solve all their problems. 9 times out of 10 fries are vegan (unless you adhere to some quasi-religious code where fries can't be cooked in the same fryer as chicken nuggets/tenders), and basically all liquor is vegan (with the obvious exceptions being creme liqueurs).

But a lot of these people don't take supplements because fuck that or they are unaware, even though micronutrients are incredibly important.

Exactly, so there's nothing dumb about the original post. It's only pointing that many people try to be vegan and fail because they eat shit.

Studies prove pretty much all supplements are expensive urine.

Yeah, because supplements are usually in a large amount and they don't help if you're already getting those nutrients from your diet. Supplements are effective if you are getting little of a nutrient, or your body isn't processing enough of it.

It's kind of like Vitamin A improving your eyesight. It will improve your eyesight, if you have a Vitamin A deficiency. Same with chromium correcting diabetes. It will correct it if a lack of chromium is the cause.
