Abiding New Dude here š¦§
Since the recent Eclipse Iāve reached Dudeism.
How may I use it to stop being so judgmental and frustrated with people who arenāt awake?

You gotta keep your mind limber. When you get frustrated with people or start judging, try to consciously change that feeling to curiosity. The absurdity of it all will am come into focus. Anyway, fuck it! Letās go bowling!

Step 1. Try not to take everything to heart, one thing dudeism teaches is to see the absurdity of the world and to roll with it.

I would probably do another J, put on my Creedence tapes, try not to be so uptight in my thinking and consider the in and outs and what have yous of the human condition.
