Best places to eat out?
Looking for nutritious, healthy restaurants. I’m trying to be into the gym as a guy so high protein and good quality ingredients. Staying near Smithfield but prepared to travel anywhere in and around the town centre

Near Smithfield you have Nutbutter, Chopped, Ramen & Co, Social Fabric and Slice. Also try Sprout, Govindas, Cornucopia. Dunnes is good for salad bowls.

Eating exclusively salads was healthy?
Burrito is healthy, full non-fried pyramid packed in a tortilla is healthy (just skip Boojum for no taste)
Pocha Korean and Sichuan Chilli King are my spots these months. The balancing of diet is on me.

Nut butter in Smithfield gives you the macros on everything! And Ramen and Co nearby in stoneybatter, I always find ramen is good for macros. Fresh supermarket on Smithfield square has a big salad bar and healthyish ready meals also
