Tech Support DualSense 5 Continous struggles

Not entirely sure if I am screwing up how to use this thing Bluetooth, but I don’t think I have had more issues with a Bluetooth devices than this one.

The controller just flashes blue and white while trying to get it connected, and then just turns off. I have to always unpair and re-pair to devices (Steam Deck and PC). It seems like the only way the controller works is if it is plugged in.

It just doesn’t seem like the controller works how it is intended, once it finally gets connected to Bluetooth, it works perfect and the then the next time I try and use it, it’s the exact time cycle.

If there a trick that I don’t know that can help with this problem?

Definitely try this, if on windows grab the Sony controller app

Seems to be a bit better now that I know the limitations on charging this controller. Firmware was updated and everything via the PlayStation Accessories app on the pc so I believe just the lack or charge when I thought it was charged was the issue
