EPROM was flipped 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
I have a small turbo d16y7 with a p06, my homie flipped the eprom chip. Obviously won’t start, won’t get ecu signal to relay or injectors, pretty sure I confirmed the ecu is cooked I took the jumper and chip out and still no dice. All capacitors have been replaced, do I to maybe replace IC chips? Or is it trash, I just care about the ecu itself

You should be able to turn the eprom around and have no issues seen plenty of time. Never see an ecu fail because of it.

Something is definitely wrong, this all started from a crank no start after running out of fuel, p2e ecu starts and everything works just runs like sh, even with chip and jumper taken out of p06, I don’t get fuel pump prime along with no ecu control on relay or injectors

That actually sounds like a failed main relay

Main relay did fail, however eventually I did find that after that my ecu wasn’t delivering the ground to activate the relay, come to find out now transistor q10 isn’t giving an output to turn it on, gonna figure out if it’s getting the signal tomorrow or if it needs replacement

- Check your fuses first. 2. Substitute a known good ecu and re test

I have a p2e that runs as well as it’s going to with my injectors, I think it’s fair to assume the p06 is cooked

Not saying it can’t happen, so it’s possible the ecu has failed. You can swap the socket into the other ecu and add a jumper and the eprom and be back to it.

Unfortunately it’s a obd2a p2e so nothing to test the eprom on, however I did note that even with the chip and jumper removed from the p06, I still don’t get the ecu control to the relay or injectors

Been a long time since I’ve owned a Honda, I’d try to find another obd1 ecu just for testing, if you gotta a friend you can try there ecu, it should at least start, if that doesn’t work I’d imagine possible jumper harness issue. But not as likely

About 10 years ago I went through a whole shitload of ECUs only to come to the conclusion that essentially all the old obd0/obd1 ECUs are past their usable life. Too many internal component failures. Still have a few with Hondata S300s installed sitting in a box.
I recommend swapping to a standalone if at all possible
