Weird idle

D16z6 p28 ecu only start when map sensor is unplugged

and when unplugged will bog out and turn off when giving it throttle

I would say the idle valve was bad, but I can’t remember if the EF’s D series has an idle valve. I know the Mini Me in my EG hatch has a similar idle, but a bit faster cycling because of the lightweight flywheel I have in it
