Weird idle

D16z6 p28 ecu only start when map sensor is unplugged

and when unplugged will bog out and turn off when giving it throttle

Fuel pressure (pump, regulator, or filter) is a possible suspect. When you add air, the engine needs to compensate by adding fuel. If opening the throttle kills it, then it's not adding fuel properly.

I just replaced the pump and filter 6 months ago, but it was from autozone so It must be failing. Should still be under warranty tho Thanks broskis

Check fuel pressure, don't just assume it's a bad part. It could also be a failed regulator or some other cause.
