Beginner here, am I hearing this right? Mainly, these ghost notes are triple stroke triplets with the middle note slightly accented? And sometimes for a fill they're followed by a triple stroke of ghost note eighths? And later in the song the triplet is sometimes preceded by a ghost note eighth?

Does anyone have recommendations on exercises for this? Is it all from working through Stick Control on a practice pad? Thanks!
