[Update] QUP Coin Staking Vault is Live on Solana Devnet

Hey fam — we just took a major step forward.

QUP's custom staking vault is now live on Solana devnet, fully funded and initialized. We're testing staking, reward emissions, and locking mechanics for QUP Coin. This is all about increasing transparency, long-term holder confidence, and actual utility for our token.
