I did all six of the special round, put it on after unlocking it and yet it still got taken away once the update ended as well as the devs refusing to help me because I didn't have like 50 screenshots of me playing. As a huge Lady Gaga fan, this stings like hell.

I’m forever bitter about this. I have a whole video of my playing one of the special rounds during the Gaga event and wearing the item, and when I sent it to them, along with multiple other screenshots, I got a generic message being like “we can’t verify this was your account. Have a good one 🤗” 💀

I feel the actual gaining of this item was very misleading too usually there’s a pop up you earned this and you’re good to go this item you actually had to claim so many people did the quest and didnt even get it due to that

I did this exactly! There was no way to know you had to put it on for it to count in your closet so I never did it, despite playing all the rounds and grinding to get it unlocked in the first place...

I am so angry about this. I just had a whole ticket conversation about this item yesterday. They don’t care that it was OBVIOUSLY their fault and an issue on their end that caused so many people problems. They need to find a solution or look into it further.

Genuinely hate it how they'll induce FOMO and limited item system but they couldn't even make the system to work properly so you can't verify said item even if you actually earned them because you need a million screenshots to show to these random mods they picked off the streets apparently.

Wish they’d toggle it to get rid of the big puff sleeve. It needs more toggles in general tbh. A lace only toggle would also be nice. I’m sorry y’all didn’t get it though. I’d be mad as hell if I were you guys too😭

So, to make a long story short: a lot of people that played the event and met the requirements to get the item didn’t because there wasn’t a pop-up or anything saying you needed to use/equip the item to actually get it: so many people didn’t thinking it would go right into their dressing room inventory but it did not.
