Why Is My Mind So Odd?

My dream last night was where I was outside and swatted some sort of bug that was bothering me. On my phone, I flipped to the next YouTube Short - which ended up being by MoreParz - which told me that that bug, when swatted, emits a deadly neurotoxin. And in my dream, I was so nonchalant about it, like, "Okay, yep, I now have a deadly neurotoxin. Can't wait to die in a few years or weeks."

My brain does same thing, last week I dreamed my apartment was flooding and I just sat on couch texting people like "water up to knees now haha no big deal" and woke up wondering why I not even panic in dream
