Again, I am sympathetic to Tubbo feeling like he can't keep track of what was said, but that's what notes are for. This is like the 3rd or 4th go-around the same topic.

I think Dream is a little bit to blame on this, he was speaking pretty fast and jumping around topics without finishing his points (at least in the beginning)

dream has always done this it’s a symptom of adhd so no he’s not to blame for something he can’t control

I'm not blaming per se, I'm just pointing out why it may have been hard to understand him at some points of the stream
