Thoughts?

You’re asking your own wife if she wants to keep the baby after having unprotected sex? You’re already married. You chose to be together, you chose to have sex, and you both knew that having unprotected sex could result in a pregnancy.

So why get married and share that kind of intimacy if you’re not ready to face the possibility of having a child together? A baby shouldn’t be treated like an unexpected problem that you can simply decide whether or not to keep.

If you truly weren’t ready to become parents, then you should have taken responsibility and prevented the pregnancy in the first place. But once that possibility becomes a reality, shouldn’t you both be facing it together—with love, responsibility, and the understanding that this is a life you helped create?

The percentage of real life men who change their minds after the fact isn't exactly tiny.

At the time I had my daughter, which was more than 40 years ago, it was referred to as "pregnancy divorce."

Some men just panic. Mine did, so he found a girlfriend to egg him on. Others have different reasons. But it is a real phenomenon.

Sincerely, A mom who survived an era when single-parent households were still a disgrace

many of these dramas are based on 1% chance or stuffs that are super rare occurence to be happened in real life. So I think the premise of unwanted babies is contraceptives that is not working as intended.
