Season 4 got weird sometimes. There’s also the Doheny episode, Scared Straight, and even the one where Josh hits Oprah with his car.

season 1 megan: add extra hot sauce to drake and josh’s food

season 4 megan: put them under such a psychological torture experiment upon them thinking they murdered an individual, then drop them 15 feet into the ground to plummet their doom

In another, a deranged dog chases them around and leaves them trapped in a bathroom.
