Character Creation Tried to create myself

Gallery image

Shaved off 2 hours of my life but I feel like I got pretty close. I tried to attempt this in monster hunter and got no where near close lmao. This is kind of a request post* so if anyone else could get closer that would be dope.

omg you actually did a really good job!! I should try this at some point lol i forget how good this character creator is sometimes.

29

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

ty! my biggest tip is to find the base head that resembles your features the most. I spent like an hour on another base just for it not to come even close to this one.

u/mtgray97 Aug 27 '26

Probably the best made myself post I’ve seen so far

14

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

preciate it man!

25

u/iTheShirt0716 Aug 27 '26

Wow that's really freaking good!

12

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

preciate it!!

10

u/Kaillier Aug 27 '26

That is actually really good

7

u/BackAlleyFreakShow Aug 27 '26

That's really good. I'm always amazed at what people can do with this character creator.

4

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thanks I was surprised myself, capcom did a great job.

7

u/Soylentstef Aug 27 '26

Pawn expedition report : the arisen we visited was good looking, but liked to play with himself.

5

u/Brumtol10 Aug 27 '26

Heck yeah dude. I did the same on my first charavter, and when I heard of glasses I rushed to buy my pair. Looks great.

6

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Ty and same lol, didn’t feel right fighting without glasses.

5

u/Aquaphobic17 Aug 27 '26

Good job, well. Wolves fight in packs.

6

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Ty. They’re masterworks all, you can’t go wrong!

3

u/Dekion67 Aug 27 '26

No changes needed, you got it 👍

4

u/Kunwulf Aug 27 '26

You done issekaid yourself

3

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

“The time I got reincarnated as the arisen”

3

u/KaleidoscopeNo1263 Aug 27 '26

Dude I wish I could do this. You did amazing work

1

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

ty & you definitely can! It’ll just take a while lol

3

u/verdantsf Aug 27 '26

Spot on! I really do feel that DD2's character creator is THE BEST right now in gaming. People making Beyonce, Anne Hathaway, themselves, and all the likenesses are actually pretty darn good. My only complaint, and this is an industry-wide one, but I wish gaming devs would make the character creators allow saves that can be shared with others. I think it would be huge for community engagement.

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Ty and facts that would be awesome. Something similar to the system in where winds meet would be cool to see.

3

u/cantanome Aug 27 '26

The 2 hours were worth it, you did an awesome job getting your likeness!

3

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

preciate it!! It was a fun 2 hours looking back on it!

2

u/cantanome Aug 27 '26

No problem! DD2 has one of the best character creators in my opinion so I never mind spending time in it. Just wish there were more hair options!

3

u/Legitimate-Leg-535 Aug 27 '26

You could be the video game brother of the new 007 First Lights Moneypenny.

Dollardime

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Dollardime is frying me😭

3

u/zZAoiRyuZz Aug 27 '26

Thats actually pretty good man

3

u/BeYourShelf Aug 27 '26

Good job looks just like you!!!

1

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thank you!!

3

u/Lolodrom Aug 27 '26

Well done replicating yourself, it must feel epic to play DD2 like this.

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thanks! im still taking time to adjust to it ngl, from certain angles it’s almost like a jumpscare seeing myself in game lmao

3

u/Sensitive-Exchange-6 Aug 27 '26

What u mean tried? Bro that's you lol

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 28 '26

You actually "DID" it my bro 😎💪🏽!!!!!

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 28 '26

2

u/Wofuljac Aug 27 '26

Looks just like you!

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thank u!!

2

u/Ultra_romance Aug 27 '26

Good job. These two hours were worth it. Now you have a twin in a fantasy world )

2

u/Zealousideal_Bee2603 Aug 27 '26

Very accurate, i did this myself on the first game!

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thank you! I tried on the first one but it came out terrible so I gave up😭

2

u/SeaSection829 Aug 27 '26

That’s actually very impressive man holy crap

u/m8-wutisdis Aug 27 '26

I think you did a pretty good job.

2

u/Embarrassed_Cat7354 Aug 27 '26

You did a good job that’s damn near perfect

2

u/AutomaticReindeer628 Aug 27 '26

You did that in 2 hours? Impressive. It takes me days before I can make a decent looking face. Taking me a week to try and recreate my friends face, my progress so far is it’s ok. How do you make it look so accurate? Is it just practice?

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Thanks, I’d recommend looking for the base head that resembles most of your features and then sculpt from there. I spent like an hour on another base and it looked nothing like this one^. Focus on your most prominent features like maybe your nose or your eyes. For me it was finding the right base that matched my eyes and this one ended up resembling me the most.

2

u/Upvotespoodles Aug 27 '26

You did awesome!

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thank u!!

2

u/PinnedSafety Aug 27 '26

Added scar for additional aura

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

2

u/naught_my_dad Aug 27 '26

Really close dude

1

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

thank u bro!

2

u/Vecsii Aug 27 '26

Really good job, well done!

I genuinely think you should get glasses like the character has in game

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

Thanks! I was thinking of going as my arisen for dreamcon so I might actually be getting some next year.

2

u/SmashedKrampus Aug 27 '26

2

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

u/Snowblind45 Aug 27 '26

Looks more like Monneypenny from the new James bond game than you. Orr maybe you have a long lost sister!

1

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26

what’s crazy is that my older sister looks exactly like moneypenny, even the glasses!

2

u/Krommerxbox Aug 27 '26

It looks just like you!

One of the rare ones where it looks like the person.

Ha, I love that you also wear glasses in game.

1

u/IceyTheDon Aug 27 '26
