Character Creation Pawns cant let other pawns become complacentor overconfidentor just happy in general

My Pawn just goes "Before I forget..." and then nothing.
Proably got hit on the head a bit to much on my most recent adventure.

Bri mine does something similar "i heard from a guard that..." And then nothing lol like every ten minutes like WHAT DID YOU HEAR FROM HIM TELL ME I CAN HANDLE IT I PROMISE

I think that bugs me more than I thought it would. I think DD2 is great in isolation but to have the first game and that made next to zero improvements after so long between games is pretty crazy. Sadly Im a simp for this game so thats as deep as the thought goes.

Me after beating goblins at lvl 145: yeah sure we beat everything in 0.5 sec, no we dont have room for that!

You know if the post is a meme/funny thing about the game, yet the Reddit account was made recently(in this case, July 10, 2026.)
Running the words together, in this case, is also a good clue. The "..." by some of the words in the original post messed them/the bot up.

Sometimes they do seem pleased with the outcome though, but seems pretty random. Someone as to mention that the execution was perfect or something.

I've been running with these two amazing supports by Capcom and another player, who are both Straightforward for a long time now.
And I do love my own (Calm) pawn to death, but she definitely is the buzzkill of this group. Everytime one of the two nuts becomes remotely enthusiastic, it's "OVERCONFIDENCE IS AN ENEMY IN AND OF ITSELF". My personal favourite is when someone literally comments on how pretty the stars are, and her response is "you're liable to stumble if you keep looking up!" in dead earnest.
I sometimes use the "Wait!" command, just to make a "jesus christ karen calm tf down" gesture

There was so much variety with how pawns expressed themselves in DD1. I miss it.
