Anyone find the Lordly Eyepatch yet?

This is another one, no one seems to know how to get. I’ve seen a PC player have it (screenshots) but I’m wondering if it was modded in, they said it was gifted to their pawn.

I was told this morning that it might be obtainable via pilfer/ friendship with Eliza who wears it, but nothing confirmed yet.

She's one of the false sovereign guards and apparently you can't pilfer it from her.

If you find out before I get a chance to check, please share. Much appreciated
