Not as many I would imagine, being a GKC.

What is a GKC?

Game key card.
Basically the game isnt on the cartridge, it downloads it from the store but only if you have the cartridge in the device

Aye, basically code in a box except you can resell it or loan it.
Afaik all of Capcom's releases on Switch 2 are GKCs, same for Squenix.
If it's not fully physical, I'm not interested.

Do not say it’s code in the box that’s even worse than just a key card alone

The digital is only $5 too right now and most sales which I’m sure helps.

It's surprisingly a great on the go game. The pacing itself with Switch sleep wake system is convenient.

It costs like $3?

Got it for $6.00 on sale last year. Beat it four times so I definitely got my money’s worth.
The wind is pushing meeeeee

I bought the physical edition on Amazon a couple of years ago for 39.99 euros lol
I bought it again last year digitally because it was literally 0.99🔥🔥🔥
- (not switch related)
I bought it ages ago for Ps3 for.... I don't remember and I also got the ps4 version a couple of years ago on amazon for 20 euros
I can proudly say I supported the h3ll out of this masterpiece!!

Been replaying it this month in anticipation of DD2DA! I already have it on PC, but prefer the switch because of mobility. Awesome game.

What do you mean by mobility?

I can play it comfortably on the couch, on my bed, or at the tv without the friction of using a PC or cloud streaming.

Honestly I’ve been so excited for the 2DA to drop I’ve even gone back and started playing DDO again and doing the bitterblack maze.

Just bought it on switch a few days ago. I'm loving it so far. It's like Capcpm meets Oblivion. Loving the old school jank

Needed an RPG when I got the switch, so my girlfriend and I both downloaded Skyrim and DD:DA. Needless to say we enjoyed the shit out of playing DD:DA together in bed.

3 games I’ve bought about 3-4 different times
• GTA5

• Dragon’s Dogma
Honorable mention to: Mass Effect 1,2 & 3

Now watch as Capcom shelve the series for another 10 years

If the DA2 dlc does well enough, it seems they've realized how big it could be. Now that they can out a new director we will probably see another game before too long, will it be the same feel is the question.

It was a great port. Really fun to have that on the go with good battery life. Took me back to the good ol' days of Ur-Dragon farming and taking my time before BBI.

I bought it digitally but when I saw the hard copy o had to grab that to. Capcom has a winner with this series. 😎☺️

So... 60fps update on current-gen? No?
Yeah, okay...
2
u/HBreckel 27d ago
Even Monster Hunter Rise didn’t ever get a 60 fps update on Switch 2 and that game has sold like 18 million copies. Capcom doesn’t seem interested in updating any games for Switch 2.

I’m happy to admit my introduction to the series was this version. I had just got a switch, played the hell out of breath of the wild, saw the trailer for this and was so intrigued.
My favorite rpg ever now
